i'm getting back into the word

and it is refreshing

so i'm back to living in china

i got a vpn so i can have freedom in viewing any website i want to

since i've been back i've done only great things

yesterday was my first day back

i started the day off with coffee and a skype date with rachel

it was followed by catching up on bible reading (this year is my 'readthebibleinoneyear' year)

then went to xujiahui and had my favourite food for lunch

i then spent some time looking at cameras (ixus 120) and bargaining prices

after that was time to visit cityshop to buy some groceries

starbucks and bookstore browsing was next

and then to the fabric markets to pick up some scraps to make a patchwork quilt

on my way home i picked up newyork,iloveyou

then - home to my living room with the fireplace.

i've never had a fireplace before. and even though it's not real. i love it.

i'm leaving again tomorrow.

with a one way ticket to china.

i'm lying on my bed, ellen is reading a magazine next to me.

it'll be at least a year until i'm back.

ouch.

i move back to china in ... nine days
i was really fine with it. excited even
and then today, it hit me
